No Imminent Saddam Trial After All

Iraq's government is backing away from an earlier announcement that Saddam Hussein would stand trial within two months.

A spokesman for the country's prime minister says no date has been set for the start of a trial. He says it's up to Iraq's Special Tribunal to do that. But he says Iraqis want Saddam tried 'as soon as possible.' A tribunal official also says no date has been set.
