Two F-18s Down in Iraq

Search teams have found the body of a U.S. Marine pilot whose F-18 crashed in Iraq, but a second warplane is still missing, the U.S. military said on Tuesday.

The two Hornet jets disappeared late on Monday while flying a night missions from the carrier Carl Vinson in the Gulf. A military spokesman said there were no indications of hostile fire. They might have collided during a heavy sand and lightning storm that hit central Iraq around the time they went missing.

Twins lost at 10:10 one day into last quarter moon.

It could have been an accident and this kind of accident must happen all the time but at exactly this time according to this news organization makes it interesting.

http://www.cnn.com/2005/WORLD/meast/05/03/iraq.main/
"...The crew of the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson lost contact with the planes about 10:10 p.m. Monday (2:10 p.m. ET), the military said. The statement said there was no indication of hostile fire in the area at the time..."

The time has already been erased on the full story but you can still read it on the headline page linked above.

The last time 2 planes blew up in synchronized manner was a week before the start of Beslan massacre at 11pm Moscow time August 24th, the day after a first quarter moon.

For the record 911 was one day into a last quarter. Bali one day into first quarter. Madrid 2 days into last quarter.

Checkout the ad on BBC World TV for this Sunday's science program Space and Time. It shows a meteor falling to Earth and crashing into what looks very much like a nuclear powerstation. It also looks very much like a misile. Are they trying to tell us something or at least some people something? 3 days after Blare gets re elected, is there going to be a major crisis that expands the war to Iran for example? How convenient!
