Saddam actor faces toughest role since Hannibal Lecter

Saddam Hussein will be tried in one of his palaces sitting inside a top security Hannibal Lecter-style cage.

A media report says the white reinforced metal cage will be similar to the one used to hold the character played by Anthony Hopkins in "Silence of the Lambs."
