Shi'ite: Even Surrender Is Not An Option
"The USA oppressors have left us with no choice but to fight them. Even surrender is not an option.
We did not want to fight. We are a peaceful people. But when the USA is starving children all over the world, by putting countries into huge debt and then giving back in charity only a fraction of what they stole, and when the USA is bombing people all over the world, and killing innocent people with sanctions and depleted uranium, then they have pushed us into a corner and we must defend the world and its children from USA oppression.
Even surrendering will not help you. The Indians at Sand Creek had already surrendered when they were slaughtered by the USA. The Japanese had been trying to surrender for over a month when the nuclear bombs were dropped on them. The US slaughtered thousands of Iraqi conscripts on the "Highway of Death.... "

The fact that you linked to this piece of psychotic drivel tells me all I need to know about you.
"Anonymous"; please explain what is inaccurate in the "psychotic drivel" you so despise.
Hmmm, where to start?
How about with this:
USA history proves that there can not be negotiations with the USA. There can not be talks. There can not be compromises. The USA has lost ALL credibility in terms of treaties and discussions.
The USA must be knocked out so hard that it can never rise again. This requires educating the people of the world.
We are not just up against the most evil monster that the world has ever faced. We are up against a monster that is so much worse than anything before it that the difference is immeasurable.
If that's not "psychotic drivel" to you I'd like to know what is.
That's not "psychotic drivel", that's rhetoric. You might not like it (I think it's counterproductive) but it would be "psychotic drivel" if it were inaccurate. As Bush has made it clear that his USA will not be bound by any international treaties, I repeat; what is inaccurate here?
We are not just up against the most evil monster that the world has ever faced. We are up against a monster that is so much worse than anything before it that the difference is immeasurable.
If you find that "accurate" you are not only woefully uneducated and misinformed but, yes I'll say it, psychotic.
To engage intelligently in what's happening today, one must be able to strip away the rhetoric and look at the issues. "Evil monster" is as inflamatory, meaningless but sadly effective as "the Great Satan", and indeed "Axis of Evil" and "war on terror". Let's get to the issues; did you follow the link and read the article? Can you strip away the rhetoric and examine the claims? What did the writer get wrong?
What did the writer get wrong?
Just about everything.
When you find yourself agreeing with a radical Iranian Shiite who says that America "must be knocked out so hard that it can never rise again" its time to acknowledge that you are traveling down a dark road. I don't know if you are a Democrat or not but it's people just like you, on the left wing of the Democratic party, who are leading the party I used to love into oblivion. Strangely enough, most Americans are not self-hating, suicidal masochists who hate their country and wish to see it destroyed nor do they subscribe to the ridiculous diatribes that cast the U.S. as a force for evil in the world. No country is saintly but a little perspective would be nice.
Now we're getting somewhere.
You dont like the writer's comment that "We have no choice but to fight". However, if you read the article, you'd see that the way in which the writer proposes we "fight" is by "educating the people of the world" so they reject US behavior and the control of corporations. Not much to object to there, and in fact I would suggest that your knee-jerk response to the article and apparent inability to cut through the verbiage is proof of how essential it is to educate everyone.
Exactly what "perspective" do you want me to take? You havent disputed any of the writer's examples, nor given any contrary examples of your own.
As for "self-hating, suicidal masochists"; well, really! I thought it ironic that the writer had even written in bold for you "Then they blame those who speak the truth of spreading hatred against the USA."
As you're looking to personalise this, let me oblige. I'm not a Democrat, I'm a Christian. The article is just a rehash of the Sermon on the Mount, brought up-to-date.
So come on; which of the writer's complaints is inaccurate?
The article is just a rehash of the Sermon on the Mount, brought up-to-date.
I have nothing further to say to someone so willfully deluded.
To be honest, I cant see that you've said anything at all; just sneered at an article you clearly havent read or thought about, and endlessly repeated the same insult, that the writer is psychotic. Still waiting for some kind of intelligent rebutal; or do you just wander the web shouting?
I've read the article and thought about it. It's not worthy of deep thought. The basic thrust is that corporations and capitalism are inherently evil and that the United States is the most evil country in world history. To illustrate that fact it throws out references to random disjointed events including the Rodney King beating and My Lai.
The article is not worthy of a point-by-point rebuttal as it makes no intelligent points.
If you claim to "agree" with this ridiculous article, I truly feel sorry for you.
