Operation Falcon : Dry Run for Political Mass Arrests?
" Attorney General Alberto Gonzales used Operation Falcon, a wave of unprecedented federally-coordinated mass arrests as the subject of his first news conference since the confirmation of his controversial nomination.
" The Justice Department, meanwhile, supplied the television networks government-shot action videotape of Marshals and local cops raiding homes and breaking down doors. The footage was aired on news programs, accompanied by commentary that uncritically parroted the claims made by the department.
" The announcement comes barely one week after Gonzales went before the Senate Judiciary Committee to urge renewal of sections of the USA Patriot Act that are set to expire at the end of this year. Gonzales, is anxious to preserve the extraordinary and unconstitutional powers of search and seizure that the administration has arrogated to itself over the past three-and-a-half years. In the final analysis, the organization of nationwide mass arrests is a raw exercise of unprecedented power by the executive branch.
" Justice Department officials sought to link the mass arrests in the public mind to the "war on terrorism," though none of those picked up are accused of terrorist acts.
" Under these conditions, the question is posed: was Operation Falcon a dry run for a plan to be executed in the face of intensified political crisis or a resurgence of mass opposition to the government? [More at WSWS]

Thanks so much for posting the article about Operation Falcon. wsws.org is the ONLY news source I have found which gives an analysis of this mass arrest, all other news outlets either ignored it (First they came for.....) or they regurgitated a white house press release.
This is extremely frightening for all U.S. citizens and yet they ALL seem to be unaware. Not a word of analysis in the mainstream press, or "left" press or even the "conspiracy" press.
I'd say there are three red alert signs at least and I'm sure there are more.
- It was reported that about half of the arrests were for drug offenses.
- Most of the arrests were carried out in Texas, Florida and Ohio.
- And this was all planned by Alberto "torture memo" Gonzales.
Why the deafening silence? Why?
Luckily, BreakForNews/WagNews isn't one of them.
But, now that we have picked up this story -watch the fakes run it too.

This plan has been in place for some time, at least 8 years, to conduct massive arrests, followed by massive executions, not internment. The "prisons" have been built and are staffed with, usually, foreign troops. Railroad cars have been fitted with shackles for transport of the real patriots, Christians, those who will not willingly surrender their guns, and anyone else who may threaten the NWO (Illuminati takeover). Most of the facilities are near airports or major highways, but cannot be easily seen from the road. They look like big cement blocks without windows, pipes on the outside and vents on top and are said to be airtight. Transport may occur via helicoper to cargo plane to "extermination center". The installation of Gonzales was one phase of carrying out this plan of attack upon the American people, the object being complete domination and control. Whether the Patriot Act extends or not, I believe they will attempt to follow through with this plan. Falcon was probably a test to see if the media had been adequately suppressed and the courts in compliance. I wonder who was arresting who in this case; the why, to the elite is irrelevant because there is no justice.
Yes, the CIA's decades-old pedophile ring and the assassination of journalist Hunter Thompson are a cleverly constructed diversion from the drug war. Very astute analysis.
Just what fresh hell is this? There is an absolute absence of information for such an astounding event! Who was arrested (names), and what were the individual charges? Court arraignments? Where are the arrestees' relatives protests? The Canadian press suggested that some 600 persons of the 10,000 were poets? And, because of the massive number of violators detained, they were sent to an abandoned milk-processing building? Then silence. I can only conclude that either the story is false, and its' purpose is to send out terror to criminals and poets, i.e., the two most dangerous types of people: or, that, if true, this is a double-edged nightmare of the worst fascist kind insomuch as it was done and no one says "boo" about it!
I get how this works - Gonzales, et al, try out their new unified police state and also send us their important message that now no one can escape. A real double hit! Who are the terrorist?
