Republican group's Iraq poll finds "happy" Iraqis

USA Today is running a poll that says about 62-percent of Iraqis believe their country is headed in the right direction:
"The poll, by the International Republican Institute (IRI), [is] due to be made public Wednesday... The IRI is a non-partisan, U.S. taxpayer-funded group that promotes democracy abroad."
But as Air America reported, how non-partisan is it, if all 24 of the organization’s board members, including its president, are Republicans? And if IRI's president was a member of the Bush-Cheney Transition Team? And if the organization funneled millions of dollars in U.S. taxpayer money to opposition groups in Venezuela and Haiti?
